APT Develops Cost Effective PVD Process Kit,  Refurbishing Process

The semiconductor industry demands low-cost, high-quality cleaning and refurbishing solutions.  Cost reduction without sacrificing quality is a critical capability that all worldwide semiconductor fabs demand.  Why buy new arc-sprayed or other metal components when these kits can be refurbished?  APT has developed unique chemical stripping processes to refurbish the following kits: Ti, Ta, Cu, Kits (Cu/Ta SIP® Kits), Vectra IMP®, PVD Shielding, and CVD Kits.

Arc-sprayed components can be stripped and refurbished to their original condition.  These parts can be arc-sprayed once again at a fraction of the cost of producing a new component.  In many cases, machined parts such as rings, liners, and cover plates can be refurbished to their original condition.  Process kit management, parts cleaning, surface treatment, and OEM equivalent new parts and spares (metal and ceramic) are now available.  Call for details.
