Why buy new arc-sprayed components when these kits can be refurbished? APT has developed unique chemical stripping processes to refurbish the following kits: Ti, Ta, and Cu kits (Cu/Ta SIP® kits), Vectra IMP®, PVD shielding, and CVD kits.
Arc-sprayed components can be stripped and refurbished to their original condition, then arc-sprayed once again at a fraction of the cost of producing a new component. In many cases, machined parts such as rings, liners, and cover plates can also be refurbished to their original condition. Process kit management, parts cleaning, surface treatment, and OEM-equivalent new parts and spares (metal and ceramic) are available.
